Return and Refund Policy

• All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of QT Laser Engraving & Designs. 

Due to the type of products we offer, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. So please double check your spelling and/or wording before submitting an order.

While all sales are final, If an error occurred on behalf of QT Laser Engraving & Designs, we will gladly try to fix the issue as quickly as possible. If you experience an error on our behalf please email us at qtlaserengraving@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item and write ERROR in your subject line.

Shipping information & Terms

Design finalization can take up to 2 days, and our typical turn around time is around 2 days. Once your item is shipped it can take up to 3-5 days to get to you with standard shipping and 2 days with 2 Day shipping. Please be aware orders are shipped Monday-Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders will be shipped on the next business day. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note that design finalization and shipping times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

While we do not accept any returns or exchanges, if you experience any issue pertaining to your shipment (ie. but not limited to)  lost, stolen, or stating delivered you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.  If your order is damaged, lost, stolen, or saying delivered by the carrier, you will have to submit a claim with said carrier. Once the carrier processes the refund we will replace the item. However QT Laser Engraving & Designs does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered, lost, stolen etc. & does not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered, stolen etc. 

Limitations of Liability

QT Laser Engraving & Design is not responsible for any accidental or intentional damages or losses due to defective products, shipping & handling of your order, or other errors. QT Laser Engraving & Designs does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered, lost or stolen. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered, lost or stolen.

QT Laser Engraving & Designs, our suppliers & employees can not be held liable for costs of substitute goods or services, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, attorneys fees or any direct, indirect, special punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages (or any kind of damages whatsoever). This applies even if QT Laser Engraving has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
