  • Can I request a specific brand tumbler to be engraved?

    Of course! Due to the many varieties of brands, items, and colors were unable to list every one on our website. If you would like a specific brand, item, or color of something that's not listed on our website simply select the "customer request" product and we will do our best to fulfill your request and get it to you in a timely manner.

  • What forms of payment is accepted?

    At his time we can only accept CREDIT, DEBIT, AND ZELLE forms of payment.

  • How long is shipping?

    Design finalization can take up to 2 days, and our typical turn around time is around 2 days. Once your item is shipped it can take up to 3-5 days to get to you with standard shipping and 2 days with 2 Day shipping. Please be aware orders are shipped Monday-Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders will be shipped on the next business day. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

    Please note that design finalization and shipping times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

  • My package states delivered but i did not receive it. What do I do?

    While we are extremely sorry you are experiencing this issue. However, if your tracking information states delivered, and you have not received ,our item, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. QT Laser Engraving & Designs does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered, lost or stolen. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered, lost or stolen.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of QT Laser Engraving & Designs. Due to the type of products we offer, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. So please double check your spelling and/or wording before submitting an order and when emailed your proof.
